What is being called the "Status of Forces Agreement" here is being called the "Withdrawal Accord" in the rest of the world. Either way, it's a stunning surrender of Bush's goals of colonizing Iraq for oil companies and using it as base for attacking and intimidating other oil-rich countries like Iran.
