I was hoping for the Vulcan, looking for the best policies for the public good like he did with student loans, but he's looking more and more like a money grubbing Ferengi when it comes to dealing with health care reform and the economic terrorists on Wall Street.

Democrats, particularly in the Senate, have made a real effort to make it look like the GOP is forcing them to surrender to insurance companies in health care reform. Reality is just a bit different, particularly in the Senate where Democrats have a filibuster-proof majority.

The reality is too many Democrats want to become the OTHER corporate white meat and they are using the rotting corpse of the GOP as an excuse for why they are giving up.
